Our offer is directed exclusively at business customers. All amounts are net plus statutory VAT.
Delivery area
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden.
Delivery to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the number of shipping units (parcels or pallets) in your order.
After you sign in, they are shown in the cart during checkout and are recalculated automatically if you change the delivery address.
Products shipped by freight forwarder (pallet) are marked under "Shipping class" in the product details.
The shipping costs shown are non-binding. We determine the final shipping costs before dispatch and inform you of them in the order confirmation or invoice.
Different delivery address (drop shipping)
In the cart you can enter a different delivery address for each order, e.g. that of your customer.
Shipping costs are then based on that address's country of delivery.
Payment
Payment is made exclusively on invoice by bank transfer.
The invoice amount is payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please quote the order number with your bank transfer.
